Is monthly subscription available for DeepDive?

Currently we support only annual billing which is a minimum commitment of 12 months from the day you sign up.

Is there a free trial for of DeepDive?

Please contact us at for a free trial. We do provide free trial on request. The access is provided on a first-come-first-serve basis.

What is counted as a Session?

One session is counted when a participant joins the DeepDive call and remains in the session for more than 15 minutes in total along with the Moderator.

Is there a time limit to use my allocated Sessions?

The allocated Sessions under your Pricing Plan are reset upon renewal date of your subscription.

Can I get UXArmy to recruit participants for my research?

Yes, if you need participants for your moderated research sessions, our specialised research recruitment Service can help. Please write to us with details of timeline, number of participants and profile details.

Can I make payment via my organisation's Purchase Order process?

The Purchase request and Order process is supported for a minimum purchase of 500 Sessions or on the Enterprise plan. If your usability testing needs are equal to or above that number, please drop us a line at

Will I lose access to the videos after I cancel my subscription?

We keep the account and all its content accessible for as long as 6 months after cancellation of subscription. However, the look and feel of the reports may change as we continuously enhance our platform.

Which payment methods are accepted?

For all our Pricing plans, we accept payments through all major credit and debit cards. PayPal and Bank transfer are not supported. For enterprise plans, payment via Bank transfer is supported. Payment terms are subject to review.

Can I upgrade my existing Plan?

How can I get a refund?

We support refund requests within 30 days of annual subscription. An amount equivalent to one month of subscription amount is deducted.
