Yes! You can rollover the un-used testers to next month. The purchased tester slots remain available for a period of 3 months from the date of allocation.
Depending on your Plan, a certain number of free testers are allocated for each test that you create. You can use this allocation to test on your device prior to launching your Test or purchase additional slots for your own testers.
UXArmy panel is a large, diverse and curated pool of testers to choose from. If you need more testers than those allocated in your Plan, purchase more while creating the final version of your Test.
Our system refunds the un-used testers in your UXArmy account. You can then use the available testers in other Tests that you create.
At this time, we only support monthly plans. Our commercial team reviews the plans from time to time and we make changes to suit most of our audience. In case you want to purchase large number of testers for an extended duration, drop us a line at hi@uxarmy.com
The Purchase request and Order process is supported for a minimum purchase of 100 testers or on the Enterprise plan. If your usability testing needs are equal to or above that number, please drop us a line at hi@uxarmy.com
We keep the account and all its content accessible for as long as 6 months after cancellation of subscription. However, the look and feel of the reports may change as we continuously enhance our platform.

For all our Pricing plans, we accept payments through all major credit and debit cards. PayPal and Bank transfer are not supported. For enterprise plans, payment via Bank transfer is supported. Payment terms are subject to review.
